Pyeongchang ARTccc is active throughout Gangwon-do, starting with Pyeongchang, including special exhibitions and international exchange projects. Pyeongchang ARTccc has been holding international exchange exhibit ions since 2018 to continue the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics as a successful cultural Olympics.
The first country began wi th an exhibition inviting Indian artists.
Subsequently, Indian artists continued to visit Korea in 2019, and exchanges between the two countries began to take place in earnest . The visited of Indian artists to Gangwon Province served as an opportunity toexperience and promote Korean culture beyond an exhibition.
In 2022, Indian artists made their second visit to Pyeongchang, holding an artcamp and art exhibition to experience the cultures of both countries. Additionally, a collaborative exhibition was held by 56 artists from Pyeongchang and India to celebrate the Gangwon Artist Triennale.

It is very meaningful that the India & Korea (Chennai & Pyeongchang) exhibition will be held again at InKo Center and Jinbu Culture and Arts Studio under the title '2023 Onwards. . . together ' fo l low ing '2022 Come together . . ' , and we hope that these encounters will cont inue. In particular, this Korea-India exchange exhibtion is one of the more meaning ful art projects in celebrat ion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, and is an exhibition under the slogan 'Culture Bibimbap' to share more special exhibitions and experiences by combining each other's culture and arts.
We have included each artist's paint ings here in the hope that various artistic expressions will come together to provide visitors with a special experience and cultural sharing.

I have visited Tamil Nadu, South India eight times, and the scenery and experiences I have felt are similar to our customs and the nostalgia I felt while l iving in the Pyeongchang area when I was young, so I always vividly remember the lives of those people.
We shared congratulat ions and joy with Rathi Jafer of the InKo Center, who co-planned an exhibition to introduce and share the works of local art ists with similar cultures, and Gita Hudson, who curated Indian artists. We are happy to provide you with the opportunity to view the work.
